The check-in time on the day of arrival is 14:00.
Please vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure. Please hand in your room key card(s) at the reception desk.
If you would like to remain in your room a little longer, please speak to the reception team a minimum of two days before your departure. If there is sufficient availability at the hotel, we would be happy to grant you a late check-out for a fee.
BEACH
At the bottom of the complex is none other than our hotel beach. Stretching at just under six kilometers long, Gennadi Beach is a pebbly beach known for its secludedness and its excellent views. It has also been awarded a Blue Flag award for its cleanliness and beauty.
Guests can use the selection of sun loungers and parasols on the beach free of charge. A small drinks service is also offered by the nearby Bhodi Beach Bar.
PLACES TO RELAX
All together our hotel facilities, including accommodation and gardens, comprise over 100,000 square metres - plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun.
Relax on one of our sun loungers at any of our six pools - from the family-friendly splash park to our adults-only pool.
We highly recommend the Bhodi Beach Bar, located by the beach or the Roof Terrace located above reception. Both offer stunning views of the coastline and the complex. With a drink in hand, they make amazing places to get into that all important holiday mode!
SUNLOUNGERS & POOL TOWELS
Sun loungers and parasols are available to you free of charge at the beach and the pool. On arrival you will be given a towel card at reception. Towels can be changed free of charge at the spa between 09:00 - 18:00 on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Please join us in our efforts to help the environment by opting for less frequent towel changes.
Master's Football Camp
In partnership with Dream Team Soccer School and Masters Football UK, Atlantica Dreams Resort brings you an exclusive training experience for children aged 5-16, led by legendary former players.

BLUEf!t® Gym
Our Gym here at the TUI BLUE Sensatori Atlantica Dreams Resort is located in the lower level of the Aegeo Spa.
Combine strength and endurance in our gym. Regardless of the weather or the current activities programme, you can always use the gym to do your preferred individual workouts at various stations.
Opening hours: Daily between 07:00 - 19:00.
Admission: from age 17, or from age 16 if accompanied by an adult.
SHOPS
The hotel offers a fantastic range of shopping options, located underneath reception, providing guests with convenient access to a wide variety of essentials for their stay, including baby food, jewellery, clothes and much more.
Opening times: Daily between 08:00 - 23:00
Luggage room
The luggage is stored in our luggage room opposite the main hotel building. Each guest receives a sticker per piece of luggage, so that the luggage can be assigned directly.
Please note that the luggage room is not locked, do not leave valuables.
Courtesy Room
Once you've checked out of the hotel, you can continue to enjoy all the amazing facilities! Before you leave, you can take a shower in our courtesy room, located under the Sport Hub.
