Special Dietary Requirements
We’ll always do our best to meet all dietary requirements, whether you are vegetarian or vegan, need gluten-free fare, have an allergy or are lactose intolerant. If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please email sensatoriexpert.coralsea@tui.com before you travel so we can confirm whether this can be catered for. You should also make the hotel aware on arrival.
DEPARTURE HOME
You can access your departure bus information conveniently through the TUI Travel App 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Alternatively, you can obtain this information from our BLUE® Guides in resort.
On your departure day, please ensure that your bags are loaded onto the transfer bus. Upon arrival at the airport, remember to retrieve all your personal belongings from the bus and double-check that you have collected all your luggage.
