Special Dietary Requirements
We continuously work with the Chefs to ensure that special dietary requirements are met. You will find by all dishes our labelling system which explains what the ingredients are.
Please, speak to the head waiter or inform one of our BLUE® Guides or the reception team of any allergies or food intolerances.
DEPARTURE HOME
You can access your departure bus information conveniently through the BLUE® App 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Simply go into Hotel Info, General Info, Good to Know, Arrival & Departure, TUI Transfers.
Alternatively, you can obtain this information from our BLUE® Guides in resort.
On your departure day, please ensure that your bags are loaded onto the transfer bus. Upon arrival at the airport, remember to retrieve all your personal belongings from the bus and double-check that you have collected all your luggage.
